Refund policy
Due to the print on demand nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
Eligible Claims
. Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
. To submit a claim, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
Non-Eligible Returns
. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.
. If you'd like a size exchange, we can place a new order at your expense.
Lost Packages
. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address
. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Unclaimed Packages
. unclaimed shipments returned to our fulfillment facility may be donated to charity after 30 days if unclaimed
